Ninja Obstacle Training

Our Ninja Obstacle Training program combines calisthenics, gymnastics, and parkour movements with grip, core, and upper body strength training through obstacle course racing. Our classes offer a unique and challenging way to improve balance, coordination, speed, agility, and strength. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our classes are designed for anyone age 3+ looking to take their fitness to the next level with the guidance of experienced ninja athletes and coaches.

Future Ninjas

Ages 18 months - 5 Years

Class Days/Times

Monday / Thursday

9:00-10:00 AM

Designed Especially for our youngest Ninjas, this open-play session is the perfect space for your little one to engage in sensory exploration, navigation of unstable surfaces, gross & fine motor skill development, confidence-building, and more. With the guidance of a coach, parents are invited to play on the obstacles alongside their future athletes!

Tiny Ninjas

Ages 3-5 Years

Monday-Thursday

4:00-4:55 PM

Our introductory obstacle training class for those who are starting to learn the basics and train in a group setting. our focus for this class is introducing the fundamental gymnastics, parkour, and ninja-specific movements that will set your athletes up for success in any sport or activity. 

All participants are required to sign a waiver

Little Ninjas

Ages 5-8 Years

6:00-6:55 PM

For those who like to rock(climb), jump, swing, and let that energy take them to new heights, this class is where the training truly begins. In these sessions, our coaches expand on the core techniques and movements by chaining multiple obstacles and types together to form full-fledged courses and give students a taste of what ninja obstacle sports is all about. 

All participants are required to sign a waiver

Junior Ninjas

Ages 8-12 Years

This intermediate class is for the upper elementary / early middle schoolers who are ready for a challenge. From full courses to conditioning, these sessions will push your athletes to strive for continuous improvement on and off the course.

Teen/Adult Ninjas

Ages 12+

For our most advanced ninja athletes in both skill & age; these hybrid sessions provide the opportunity for self-paced or coach-guided training for all skill levels.
