Ninja Obstacle Classes

Are you or your child ready to start a fitness journey like no other? Check out the world of Ninja, where you get a full body workout that incorporates balance, grip, core, and upper body strength with results you can see right away!

Tiny Ninjas Obstacles
(Ages 3-5)

This class offers a beginner focus on balance, coordination, swinging, climbing, jumping, and running a 4’ warped wall. Our coaches lead the kids through each obstacle and provide plenty of support and encouragement to help them build confidence.

Students of all skill levels welcome.

Classes held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:15 - 5:15 PM

Little Ninjas Obstacles
(Ages 5-8)

Our Little Ninjas obstacle class provides an intermediate focus on balance, coordination, swinging, climbing, jumping, grip & upper body strength; development of technique to perform & complete basic obstacles such as rings, wall bars, sliders, basic lache’s, and running 8’ and 10’ warped walls. Our coaches lead the kids through each obstacle and provide support and encouragement while also challenging them to step, swing, or climb out of their comfort zones and build confidence and skill.

Students of all skill levels welcome.

Classes held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Level 1 Obstacles
(Ages 8-12)

Our Level 1 Ninjas class provides advanced focus on development of technique, balance, coordination, obstacle completion on rings, chimes, rope climbing, lache’s, and running 10’ & 12’ warped walls. Our coaches lead the kids through obstacles that challenge both their physical skills as well as their confidence, conflict resolution, and critical problem solving skills. Students are also given open play time at the end of class to further explore and develop skills on their own.

Students of all skill levels welcome.

Classes held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:45 - 7:45 PM

Level 2 Obstacles
(Ages 13-17)

Our teen obstacle class provides advanced focus on development of technique, balance, coordination, obstacle completion on lache’s, wingnuts, devil’s steps, 12’ & 14’ warped walls. Students are given more open play time to build skills on their own with coaches nearby to provide additional feedback, support, and encouragement. Beginner students will receive more structured time and instruction with the coaches until they are comfortable performing obstacles on their own during open play.

Classes held on Thursdays from 8:00-9:00 pm

Adult Ninja Obstacle Training
(Ages 16+)

Perfect for beginners and experienced Ninja athletes, this Open-Gym formatted class gives adults the option to work directly with a coach to build skills or train on their own. Conditioning and weightlifting equipment also available for use.

Classes held on Tuesdays from 8:00-9:00pm

Team SHINOBI

Competition-focused advanced class, including calisthenic conditioning, skill-building, and full course runs. Led by experienced ANW & ANWJR alumni Sam Folsom, Phil Folsom, and Tyler Smith!
