Booking Policy Update 2024

Free Trial

  • Duration: New members have 7 days to book a class after activating a 7-day free trial.

  • Restrictions: The trial can be used for any class except Team Shinobi.

Membership Renewal

  • Automatic Renewal: Memberships renew every 4 weeks automatically.

  • Grace Period: If payment fails, members have 7 days to update their payment information before the plan is canceled.

Cancellation

  • Process: Members can cancel online anytime. If not, they must inform management 14 days before the next payment date.

  • Fees: No cancellation fees.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are offered if cancellation notice is given 14 days in advance and a charge still occurs.

  • Prorating: We do not prorate memberships. All plans bill on a 4-week cycle. Offline memberships starting mid-session will receive makeup credits for classes missed.


Booking Classes

  • Methods: Classes can be booked online, via the Spaces by Wix app, or in person.

  • Limits: Members can book as many classes as they have session credits available.


Make-up Days

  • Rescheduling: Contact us within 48 hours of a missed class to reschedule or roll the credit over.

  • Restrictions: No restrictions on make-up classes, provided the 48-hour notice is met.

Membership Plans

  • Options: Plans are based on the number of classes per month. For instance, 4 classes per month cost $80.

  • Discounts: A 15% discount applies to plans with 8 or more classes per month.

  • Special Cases

Closures 

  • Seasonal breaks, holidays, and planned closures are communicated in advance via email, app notifications, and social media.


Membership Types

  • Recurring Plans: 

    • "A" plans – Individual plans based on attendance of 1 class per week (4 classes per month)

    • "B, C, D" Plans – Family plans based on attendance of at least 2 classes per week for 1 or more students. 

  • Virtual Punch Cards: Virtual Punch Cards allow members to pre-purchase a pre-determined number of drop-in classes at the same discount as a recurring pricing plan and can be used at any time. Virtual Punch Card sessions expire after 6 months. 

  • Offline Payments (in person only): Memberships can be paid for monthly via cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal and are due no later than the 3rd day of each month to continue membership. 

    • Offline plan holders must inform management of intent to renew by the 20th of each month as well as their preferred day(s) for attending classes. Sessions for Offline Payments are booked at the time of payment to ensure a spot is held in each preferred class. Offline Membership holders must adhere to the same booking & rescheduling policies as Recurring Memberships and Virtual Punch Cards. 

Communication

  • Policy Changes: All updates are communicated via email, mobile app, and social media. 

  • Preferred Channels: Stay up-to-date through Facebook, Instagram, and the Spaces by Wix app.


Drop-in Class Booking

  • Eligibility: Both members and non-members can book drop-in classes without purchasing a pricing plan.

  • Advance Booking: Drop-in classes can be booked up to 90 days in advance and must be reserved at least 24 hours before the session start time.

  • Class Availability: Drop-in bookings are available for all classes and open gym sessions. However, availability may be limited during peak hours or for fully booked classes.

    • Pricing: The cost for a drop-in class is $25 per booking.

    • Payment: Payment for drop-in classes must be made in full at the time of booking, and bookings must be completed at least 24 hours before the session start time.

Waitlists for Fully Booked Classes

  • Waitlist Availability: A waitlist will automatically become available once a class is fully booked, allowing up to 10 people to join the waitlist for that session.

  • Notification: If a spot opens, notifications will be sent via email, app notification, and text message (for those who have opted in).

  • Booking Window: Once notified, you have 24 hours to claim the available spot. If not claimed within this period, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. If a waitlist spot becomes available within 24 hours of the start of the class, you will be contacted via phone to confirm your booking. 

  • Priority: Frequent no-shows or unclaimed spots may result in a lower priority on future waitlists to accommodate others who are more likely to attend.

  • Responsibility: It is the responsibility of those on the waitlist to check in frequently to ensure they do not miss an alert if a spot becomes available.
